Ran four miles. Finally got to get back to running because I couldn't run until my surgery area had healed more. I felt tired and stuff, but that is to be expected since I haven't run consistently for several weeks.

7 mile run on dirt trails with 8x100meter striders at the end, core workout and tabatta with 5 lb weights. It was ok, not great. I felt very tired today since it's been several weeks since I've been able to run consistently. Both because of a needed break and the removal of 4 wisdom teeth (yay!). First post on this blog!

Just ran 6 miles at about 8:00 min mile pace today. Did core afterwards. Felt ok, about the same as yesterday since I couldn't get to bed early enough last night, but whatever. Excited for DHHS track!

Ran 8 miles today around a 9 min mile pace. It felt pretty good, I liked going outside and getting some fresh air.

Ran seven miles including 8x100 meter striders and two lap warmup on the track. Had a tabatta afterwards and I used 5 lb weights again. Next time, I need to bring 8 pound weights to challenge myself.

Ran 8 miles on the flipping treadmill because I had a doctor's appointment during practice. I don't really like the treadmill but whatever, I had a good run, It felt a little harder than my run on saturday. Might be because I had more sleep friday night than last night.

Treadmills are not fun but they do work. Good work getting your run in.

7ish miles. I remember I had to run this one on my treadmill at home because I had a doctor's appointment for my mission papers.

Had a VO2 max test today. It was hard, I didn't feel very good. The test is making me worry if I will be able to achieve my goals during track. I am going to have to pick things up quite a bit if I want a chance to get to state. After the run, I felt like I was allergic to something so I kept wanting to sneeze but couldn't. It was wierd. I also have a few small blisters on my feet. Did tabatta at the end of the run.

Ran out by Fort Pearce road today. It felt good, although i am starting to worry about my blisters. They might be getting worse. Other than that, it was very fun, and we helped some kid get his car unstuck in the sand!
